The Naturalmente series consists of seven rings created between 2024 and 2025 in collaboration with Piero Corva, a dear friend and graphic designer who lives, teaches, and works in Milan. Piero creates exquisite acrylic miniatures on cardboard. I first came across some of them on his Instagram profile and immediately asked him if he would like to embark on a small project together.
The structure of the two sterling silver (925) prototypes was developed in two stages: a first cuttlefish bone casting of a small piece of bark found in the woods, which became the base for the miniature, followed by a second casting of a twig forming the stem. Once soldered together, we worked on the setting, patiently applying the resin layer by layer until the piece found its final balance.
The bronze castings were a natural next step.
Piero and I are already planning future collaborations, including bespoke projects should any of you wish for a specific subject. I, for instance, have a little black cat with a studded collar!
